Valhalla Associates

The Copthorne Hotel in Dubai is a high-end hotel development situated in the heart of Dubai’s Deira district and consists of 188 rooms and apartment suites.

 

The property was opened in 2008 and has been marketed as a Sharia compliant shared ownership product across the Middle East currently with over 2,800 individual owners.

 

In this project, Valhalla Associates was retained by the hotel owner, Burooj Properties, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, for a number of advisory and managing services ranging from hotel operator evaluation, re-structuring of the hotel management agreement and the creation and launch of a new shared ownership product in the property.

 

Valhalla has implemented and managed the Club management infrastructure for the owner relationships including reservations systems, maintenance fee collections and rental programme management.
