The Residences at The Baglioni Marrakech

The Baglioni Marrakech is a boutique mixed-use resort situated in the outskirts of Morocco’s most sought after tourism destination. The resort comprises of a 72 suite Baglioni Hotel, a Six Senses Spa and 15 luxury villa residences designed by Jade Jagger for yoo. The 4 and 5 bedroom residences range from 700 to 840 square meters and each come with private pools, roof terraces, court yards, screening room, fitness room, hammam and all amenities expected of a luxury resort residence.

For the villas, Valhalla Associates was been retained to develop and implement both a Whole Ownership product and a Private Residence Club including reservations systems, rental programme and establishing all servicing agreements with Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, the Registry Collection, First National Trust Company and other key service providers. Valhalla Associates was also retained for the implementation and management of the sales and marketing operation for the residences.

The Residence Club at the Baglioni Marrakech won "Best Fractional Resort Worldwide" in 2011 among 150 participating candidates and over 2,300 voting industry professionals. The project also won the International Property Awards 2011 for Best Development Marketing in Africa and a silver medal in the OPP Awards 2011 for Best Marketing Campaign.
