The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya

The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya is the first hotel property for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company to operate in Israel and is situated at the Herzliya Marina just north of Tel Aviv. The luxury mixed-use property, which is scheduled to open in 2012, will consist of 110 hotel rooms and 85 residences.

In this project, Valhalla Associates was retained by the developer to advise on the product mix and structure for the residential component and to develop the financial forecast for the sales and marketing operation related to these. Finally Valhalla Associates advised the developer on the negotiation of the management agreement with The Ritz-Carlton for the management of the residences.
